I am so curious. Were you going through a journal and stumbled upon the post-it? Or did FB remind you of this memory? Either way, I love the photo, your short slice and the way you are giving yourself some mercy and grace.

Last year I kept a jar where I wrote something on a post-it note each day. Many of my posts this month have been based on those post-it notes, which I’ve been slowly reopening and reading through 🙂 Thanks for your comment!
